About Encores Secret Encores Secret is a 1992 Superior Halter Stallion. He was bred by Jim Eaton of Atlanta, Texas. Mr. Eaton took Secret's sire Encore to a 1985 World Championship. Mr. Eaton is currently a Paint and Appaloosa Horse judge and still owns Encore and several other stallions. He still raises fine offspring from his stallions and beautiful broodmares. Encores Secret's mother Secret Lady was one of Hank Wiescamp's top broodmares. Mr. Eaton saw her during an elk hunting trip one year while walking across the Wiescamp pastures and decided he had to have her. It took several years but he finally convinced Mr. Wiescamp to sell her. Mr. Eaton brought Secret Lady home and she produced many wonderful offspring before she passed away in 2003. Encores Secret has one full brother named Secret of Secrets that is owned by Mr. Eaton. Visit our pictures page for photos of Jim Eaton with Encores Secrets half-brothers and our Encore Horses page for pictures of Jim Eaton with Encore. Secret Meadows Ranch purchased Encores Secret from Vicki Livasy of Decatur, Illinois in 2005. Encores Secret has 137 halter points. He is a Congress Champion and the winner of the Denver Stock Show. He has 27 Grands and 12 Reserves, and is an Honor Roll Stallion and High Point Congress Stallion. Encores Secret was never shown at the World Show. Many people that have seen him have said that he is the most beautiful stallion they have ever seen, and we believe it! He has proven himself to be a prepotent sire by stamping his offspring with his good looks and fine definition. His mother was known for her beautiful head that she passed to her offspring, Secret continues to pass this to his offspring as well. Secret has been on the Leading Sires list of Halter Point earners for many months including August through December of 2005. His previous owner Vicki Livasy and Double L Acres were featured on page 22 of the September 2005 Paint Horse Journal.
