please print two copies of the contract out, sign each one and mail both back to
us.
Please contact us for on farm breeding information. If you are doing an on farm
breeding please fill out both the Breeding Contract and the On-Farm Contract.

COOLED SEMEN

Live Foal Guarantee: means that a single live foal shall stand and nurse. It is understood that if after the mare is confirmed pregnant, and she proves barren, aborts, absorbs or the foal is stillborn, a return breeding will be guaranteed the following breeding season only, (one time), providing proper notification is given and the following fees and conditions are met. Proper notification is defined as written certification by a licensed veterinarian within seven days that the mare has slipped or produced a non-viable foal. A different mare may be substituted if Secret Meadows Ranch and mare owner have agreed. When the mare is confirmed pregnant, the contract is filled, there are no guarantees on re-breeds. Color Guarantee: means that the foal is eligible for APHA regular registration papers. If a solid foal is produced, a return breeding will be guaranteed the following breeding season only, (one time), providing the following fees and conditions are met. A different mare may be substituted if Secret Meadows Ranch and mare owner agree. When the mare is confirmed pregnant, the contract is filled, there are no guarantees on re-breeds. Non-APHA Mare Color Guarantee- if you have bred a non-APHA mare to Encores Secret and she produces a solid foal you have the option of a rebreed at 1/2 of your breeding fee plus shipping. There is no color guarantee on breedings purchased through stallion auctions. Live Foal Guarantee Only. Secret Meadows asks that you make sure your mare is ready and healthy. Cooled semen is shipped, in most instances, overnight in the continental U.S. (please check below for the type of overnight works best for you). Stallion fees and shipping fees are the responsibility of the mare owner and must be paid in full prior to each shipment, unless other arrangements have been made. The insemination report provided with the semen must be completed. Stallion owner's copy is to be returned with the Equitainer or shipping box (please put report in sealed plastic baggie to keep it from becoming damp) and APHA’s copy must be mailed to APHA within 10 days. We ask
that you call us by 8:00 p.m. central time
on the night
before you will be needing the semen. Please

Our TCS charge for a current year customer in the US is: $125.00 : this includes collection, lab work and overnight standard shipping(delivery next day by 3:00 p.m.). .....OR..... $150.00: this includes collection, lab work and overnight priority shipping (delivery next day by 10:30 a.m.).
